Strong body.
Strong mind.
Strong character.
HeroFit is a coach-led fitness and character program for children from walking age to 11. One hour a week, built on how kids actually grow.
One pathway, built from the best of six disciplines
HeroFit is not a mash-up of activities. Each discipline is chosen for what it teaches, and every one of them serves a single goal: movement mastery.
Gymnastics foundations
Shapes, body control, landing mechanics, mobility and spatial awareness.
Parkour principles
Movement problem solving, precision, flow and safe decision making.
Obstacle and rig challenge
Controlled risk, grip development, sequencing under pressure and measurable progression.
Speed, agility and quickness
Running mechanics, footwork, acceleration and deceleration, change of direction, reaction and rhythm.
Age-appropriate strength
Robustness, posture, joint control and the foundations of power.
Wellbeing, embedded
Confidence language, micro-reflection, and mobility and recovery habits woven into every session.
The right challenge at every age
Five stages from first steps to mastery. Children move up when their movement control and safety habits are consistent, not just when they have a birthday.
HeroFit Rookies
Parent and child together. A coached introduction to movement, focused on confidence, basic coordination and safe exploration of the environment.
HeroFit Cadets
Early independence with strong structure. Children build listening, turn-taking and foundational movement control: balance, landing readiness, simple climbing and crawling patterns.
HeroFit Explorers
Broad movement literacy. Children learn core shapes, safe landings, basic locomotion mechanics and simple sequences in a playful, coached format.
HeroFit Challengers
Skill building and sequencing. Children link movements with purpose, building strength foundations, agility, obstacle confidence and early flow while holding high technique standards.
HeroFit Legends
Performance and mastery. Children refine mechanics under speed and challenge, build leadership behaviours, and progress to higher exposure only when movement control and safety compliance are consistent.
One hour, engineered minute by minute
45 minutes of coached class, then 15 minutes of supervised free play. The same structure every week, so kids know what to expect and parents know what they are paying for.
Progress is visible. Children earn 23 ranks by showing up consistently, each with its own HeroFit shirt, and coaches certify milestones the moment they happen. Parents follow all of it in the HeroFit app.
